Biography

Jennie Baird is a writer, executive, entrepreneur and consultant who has worked in digital media for over twenty years. She was the founding executive producer at Dow Jones’ SmartMoney.com, led women’s programming at AOL and was later editor-in-chief of NBC Universal’s iVillage.com. She was the co-founder and CEO of parenting data informatics Web site BabyNameWizard.com, which she sold to CafeMom in 2014. In addition to publishing her own essays and reported pieces in outlets including The New York Times, Quartz, and TravelChannel.com, Jennie also ghostwrites for CEOs and venture capitalists and consults both to start-ups and more traditional media and marketing businesses.
