Raye Mitchell is an entertainment lawyer, producer, author, speaker, and social entrepreneur. She is an expert in entertainment law, intellectual property, branding, and negotiations and deal making. She is the CEO and founder of www.TheWinningEdgeInstitute.com, an online community that focuses on creating cost efficient and affordable exchanges of unusable and opportunities for women and women and girls of color to excel as current and future global leaders in all sectors.
Raye is an author of several published non-fiction works with two non-fiction works to release in 2017: When They Go Low. We Go High. How Women of Color Master the Art of Persuasion to Win Big Battles, and Invisible No More. Radically Changing the Game for Young Women and Girls of Color.
Raye is a recipient of The Jefferson Awards for Public Service, and other acknowledgments for her commitment to humanitarian works. She is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (MBA degree) and the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
